Wow, I like this question. Now I had to think about this and the answer is yes I have. I was teaching an area of training physiology called ‘Periodisation’ which is how we structure training volume and training load. To do this we used Lego blocks to build the volume and loads across a 12 month period.
P.S. Lego is amazing, I played with it loads as a kid.
Dan that’s a great idea for showing periodisation! I’m afraid I don’t use Lego, I loved it as a kid, so I might need to think of some fun ways to include it!

I personally haven’t, but I may see how I can involve it somehow. Lego was one of my favourite toys as a child.
