• Question: Do you think swimming is one of the best ways to be healthy?

      Yes I think swimming is great because it uses all parts of your body so therefore exercise things you didn’t necessarily want/need to exercise! It is also nice to your joints as the water carries your weight so you therefor won’t experience the same injuries as a weighted sport like running.
