Question: Hello Stephanie, I'm a competitive swimmer too. I train 11 hour a week and contantly wake up sore the next morning. Could you suggest any cool down activities to do before I leave the pool so I can relax my muscles? I admire your work, Emily Oakes

Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate your advice and will definitely make use of it every training session. My number 1 stroke is backstroke, my fastest race is 100 back. I much prefer sprints to long distance. Thank you for the reply, Emily Oakes
