Wow this is a tricky one. I think my alternate approach would be to use the money to come into schools such as yours with a lot of my physiology kit and give some demonstrations on how the human body works.

I would try to inspire people with the money. I would therefore either set up a swim school and teach people how to swim or go to see hospitals and help to motivate everyone

If I could make some mini muscle demonstration models to demonstrate to you in schools how our muscles work in our body and what we think is good or bad for them, that could be a lot of fun!

If i couldn’t use the prize money for what i intended i would use it to come into your schools and demonstrate what we do to provide sport science support to Paralympic athletes and the equipment we use.

      Hi Josh, good question!

There are lots of things that I could use the £500 for. There are so many ways in which we can improve performance, I would use the money to provide education to younger athletes on nutrition, I could even run workshops in schools.
