      This is difficult to answer. If we look at some of the greatest minds such as Stephen Hawking or Albert Einstein we could possibly argue they have tapped much more than 20%. The problem is we know so little about the way the brain works. We have ideas about cognition and thoughts processes which have been observed using MRI scanners, but do not really know how big the potential of the brain is. I think though that it is fair to say that the vast majority of people do not really know how to use their brains in a logical manner. This is not to say that they lack intelligence, but rather we don’t know how to think and reflect.
