Good question. It depends on how hard you are exercising, what environmental you are exercising, what clothing you are wearing and the person. The human body is pretty clever and tries to ensure you keep a stable body temperature. So when you start exercising your body temperature will start to rise until you start to sweat and blood travels to the skin surface to get rid of heat you are producing from exercising. Evaporation of this sweat and blood flow distribution to the skin surface will help stabilise your body temperature. In some hot and humid environments, and when exercising really hard in cooler environments this wont happen and you will body temperature will get hotter and hotter, which can be very dangerous.
